Customer Service Executive - Oxford
A talented Customer Service Executive with strong communication and organisational skills is required for a position based in Oxford.

Duties and Experience:
The Customer Service Executive will have a variety of duties including;
- Liaison with clients ensuring that SLA's and Customer Service levels are adhered to
- Answering office phone in a professional manner
- Office administration tasks
- Raise parts orders on internal system
- Excellent telephone manner and organisational skills
- Computer Literate
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
